Since 2016 ShowHeroes Group has grown from three co-founders in Berlin to a global company with almost 400 employees operating in more than 25 markets worldwide.

Tasks

• Strategic Leadership: Drive growth by developing and implementing effective strategies for agency and client relationships.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities with media agencies and direct clients, expanding market reach.
• Revenue Ownership: Lead the sales of media solutions, achieving and exceeding revenue targets through innovative approaches.
• Network Building: Leverage and grow a strong network of industry contacts to enhance partnerships and opportunities.
• Market Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on media trends and advocating for video and advertising solutions.

Requirements

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in digital media sales, ideally with a focus on video, and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Network & Relationships: A robust network of decision-makers within media agencies and direct clients, with the ability to foster and grow these relationships.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Strategic Mindset: Goal-oriented, reliable, and confident, with conceptual thinking and a knack for logical, solution-driven strategies.
• Leadership Qualities: Ambition, motivation, and a willingness to take responsibility, coupled with the courage to propose and implement innovative ideas.
