We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious digital media sales professional to join us in the capacity of Sales Manager in an exciting journey of market development and discovery in the Thailand.
The role: You are an experienced digital video / media sales professional with great relationships within the programmatic and non-programmatic advertiser space (trading desks, performance agencies and direct clients) and drive video inventory monetization in Thailand reporting into the Head of Sales SEA, and dotted line into the APAC Commercial Head.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in media sales, specifically driving ambitious revenue target achievements on programmatic media, leveraging upon the excellent contacts & relationships you have built with agency trading desks (especially outstream / instream video sales)
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in English preferred
  • Understand the restrictions that come with today’s different ad serving software and formats and be able to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to solve for them


  • The individual will drive in-market agency relationships and embed the product deep into the big agencies as well as direct clients to achieve programmatic revenue targets for local partner publishers
  • Create weekly sales reports working with the team, do data crunching with teams help and otherwise to understand revenue inflow trends, supply trends, fill rates and overall monetization scenario to uncover trends / opportunities for maximizing monetization. Includes being on the prowl for direct clients and any other opportunities - all available
  • Drive the overall product with aggression, pragmatism, 100% ownership and pure passion
  • Work with Ad operations manager to look at programmatic performance, troubleshoot deals weekly and push for ensuring max spending on the deal set on a continual basis
  • This is a shared responsibility of the individual and Ad ops Manager. Have a close watch on the revenue performance on a daily basis as well as the top buyer networks and brands on both open market and PMPs with the objective of uncovering opportunities and detecting anomalies for immediate action
