Your Role: The Right Hand to Leadership

You’ll work side-by-side with our C-Level executives on critical financial initiatives, shaping the future of our company. What You’ll Drive

•  Strategic Finance & C-Level Advisory – Be a trusted partner to our Chief Executives on key financial matters, including financing, M&A, and investor relations.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis – Build sophisticated models to guide decision-making, conduct forecasting, and support financial due diligence for major investments.
• Investor & Board Reporting – Prepare financial reports and key performance analyses that directly influence our investors, banks, and leadership team.
• Controlling & Financial Oversight – Play a key role in financial statement management, audits, and ensuring financial health across our global operations.
• M&A & Investment Strategy – Get hands-on experience in deal execution, from evaluating potential acquisitions to supporting investment and divestment strategies.
• Technology & Process Optimization – Leverage your financial acumen and Excel expertise to enhance reporting systems and implement new financial tools.

Who We’re Looking For

• A high-potential finance professional eager to take on a broad, strategic role that goes beyond traditional financial analysis.
• A top-tier academic background – Bachelor’s in finance, business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similar high-impact environment.
• Fluency in German & English – You’ll be working with international stakeholders and financial institutions.
• An analytical powerhouse with exceptional financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset – You don’t just analyze numbers; you think strategically and drive action.
