Showheroes is looking for its next sales executive.

This person will report directly to one of our local Sales Managers and will be responsible for initiating, developing, and renewing sustainable relationships with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks in order to drive the growth of ShowHeroes in Brazil.

  • IInitiate, develop and renew sustainable relationships with agencies, direct clients, and trading desks;

  • Have a network of contacts for a book of business development;

  • Sell the video solutions (OLV and CTV) of the ShowHeroes group;

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for clients in the portfolio served and monitor their progress;

  • Manage a wide range of communication strategies to connect with agencies and clients, including email communication, meetings, face-to-face, and virtual meetings;

  • Conduct institutional presentations of project proposals;

  • Provide consultative selling, being recognized as an expert in video and advertising solutions to your clients, their contacts, and the communications industry at large;

  • Report to the Sales Manager and Director on your commercial activities;

  • Hunter profile with a great capacity to bring in new business.


  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media sales, ideally including video and CTV;

  • Proven relationship with interlocutors in media agencies, trading desks, and direct clients, with decision-making ability;

  • Have thorough knowledge of the most common digital marketing concepts such as metrics, programmatic media, media complementarity, reach, and frequency in digital media;

  • Communication and presentation skills;

  • Goal-based mindset, perseverance, assurance, authority, and self-confidence;

  • Motivation and courage to express new ideas;

  • Willingness and ability to take responsibility;

  • Advanced proficiency in English;

  • Basic knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
