What You’ll Drive

• Preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and individual financial statements in accordance with HGB, acting as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Evaluation and accounting of contracts and business transactions in line with IFRS and HGB, and implementation of policies into the group accounting manual.
• Creation of comprehensive memos and factsheets on complex accounting issues to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
• Execution of the consolidation process for IFRS group reporting, including optimization of intercompany processes.
• Preparation of financial analyses and presentations for monthly and quarterly closings, focused on balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and other key metrics.
• Development and implementation of improved processes within finance and accounting; active participation in cross-functional projects.
• Managing several Finance Managers within the Group.

Who We’re Looking For

• A finance professional with a background in business administration, with a clear focus on accounting, group reporting, or controlling.
  
• Solid professional experience in Group Finance & Accounting and ideally from a top-tier (big 4) auditing firm.
  
• Deep understanding of IFRS and HGB accounting standards.
  
• Fluency in both German (C2) and English (C1/C2).
  
• Strong analytical skills with solid insights into finance systems and processes.
  
• A self-driven, structured approach and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
