We are looking for a Sales Manager to create long-term relationships of trust with our

customers. The ideal candidate is proactive and passionate about our products and the

customers they serve. In this role, you’ll be in contact with cross-functional internal teams to

improve the entire customer experience. 


Responsibilities

  • Boost the company's sales of audiovisual solutions by managing a portfolio of both existing and new customers.
  • Build a trusting relationship with customers to expand ShowHeroes business in Spain.
  • Continuously analyze the market and competitors to stay informed about market trends.
  • Develop commercial strategies and send proactive and reactive proposals to clients
  • Based on the campaign's requirements, recommend products that can enhance your brand image and boost sales.
  • Meet with internal and external departments to establish common strategies for growing the company. 
  • Generate forecasts and proactively manage your accounts.


Profile

  • Bachelor of Sales, Advertising or Related Field.
  • Experience in project management and strategy.
  • A strong, existing personal network among media agency and direct client decision makers.
  • Goal-driven mindset, endurance, reliability, authority and self-confidence.
  • Willingness to take responsibility.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Located in Madrid or nearby.
