  • Manage a portfolio of media agencies with the goal of generating revenue from as many clients as possible
  • Build strong relationships across your agency portfolio, utilising and building on your existing network of contacts among your agencies and clients
  • Utilise and collaborate with your colleagues and managers where relevant to support and accelerate these agency relationships
  • Selling the full suite of ShowHeroes Online Video, CTV and High Impact display solutions
  • Manage a broad range of communications strategies to reach and engage your agencies and clients - including e-mail communication, virtual meetings and presentations and face to face engagement wherever possible
  • Work effectively with Account Management and Ad Operations to ensure that the end-to-end process is clear, efficient and effective 
  • Transparent, efficient and effective documentation of your sales activities


  • Experience in digital media sales, ideally including video
  • Experience of working with media agencies, ideally Mindshare, Wavemaker, mSix or some GroupM experience
  • A deep understanding of common digital marketing concepts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Open, honest, inquisitive and collaborative -both internally and externally 
  • A desire to learn, develop, succeed while also having fun
