Our new Senior International Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and growth of key global hubs by mentoring local sales managers, driving new business, and fostering existing relationships. The role also includes individual contributions to expand market presence in MENA and Europe, mentoring internal team members, and collaborating with the global team to achieve overarching company goals.


Tasks

Consulting & Mentoring:

  • Provide consulting and mentoring support to local sales managers in global hubs, focusing on upscaling sales and driving agency investments.
  • Organize monthly hub calls with all local sales managers to discuss strategies, assist with brief responses, and coordinate efforts.
  • Guide local teams in gaining approval for initiatives such as Brand Lift Studies to secure increased agency investments.
  • Support sales strategies aimed at unlocking new hub accounts, including introducing key agency stakeholders, resolving client troubleshooting, and replying to global briefs involving multiple markets.  


Individual Contribution & Business Development:

  • Lead expansion efforts into the MENA region and Poland with a focus on building relationships and securing investments from agencies 
  • Drive growth in existing European markets where Showheroes lacks presence, including outreach to untapped markets like Poland.
  • Manage accounts by maintaining client relationships, pitching new business, reply to briefs and growing existing investments.


Mentorship & Internal Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior team members, such as supporting account management and internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, providing assistance on tasks and managing workload overflow to ensure seamless execution of broader objectives.


Requirements

  • Strong background in digital media, sales strategy, and account management.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide local teams in multi-market environments.
  • Experience in business development, particularly in the MENA and East European regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
