As Senior Sales Manager - Singapore (m/f/d), you are vital to the regional agency sales business. You effectively communicate findings and recommendations through presentations and easily prepare presentation materials. With a collaborative approach, you connect teams internally and work with external partners like our vendors, and clients to achieve our goals.


Tasks

  • On ground market development leadership role with close interactions with all trading desk leads and number 2s. Objective is to quickly build the video advertising sales funnel and achieve quick closures in Singapore as well as other SEA markets; working with the local counterparts.
  • The individual will drive in-market agency relationships and embed the SHG product deep into the big agencies as well as direct clients to achieve programmatic revenue targets for local partner publishers.
  • Create weekly sales reports working with the team, do data crunching with teams help and otherwise to understand revenue inflow trends, supply trends, fill rates and overall monetization scenario to uncover trends / opportunities for maximizing monetization. Includes being on the prowl for direct clients and any other opportunities - all available.
  • Drive the overall SHG product with aggression, pragmatism, 100% ownership and pure passion.
  • Work with Ad operations to look at programmatic performance, troubleshoot deals weekly and push for ensuring max spending on the deal set on a continual basis. This is a shared responsibility of the individual and Ad ops Manager. Have a close watch on the revenue performance on a daily basis as well as the top buyer networks and brands on both open market and PMPs with the objective of uncovering opportunities and detecting anomalies for immediate action.
  • You would be reporting to the APAC Regional MD (“Reporting Officer”). You will work closely with the Reporting Officers to conceptualize, design, develop, package and sell the OVP stack & associated ad-tech in order to create a much differentiated, highly valued offering for the programmatic demand and supply community.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior business development, operations, and/or sales leadership role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for spreadsheet and presentation tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Languages: English, Mandarin as add-on
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage deliverables and timelines independently
  • Comfortable conducting independent research when needed
