Tasks

• Taking part of the second supply support for the implementation of our video suite with renown, international online publishers
• Troubleshooting the video players and developing technical solutions
• Coordinating the development of new features or fixes with product and engineering teams 
• Analysing the performance of players and offering solutions to improve yield
• Owning technical projects for the supply department
• Technical advice for campaign management
  
  

Requirements

• Strong front-end development skills (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with backend or mobile development
• Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Experience in technical support with ticket management system
• Ideally, experience in the ad tech industry or data science
• Determined and clear communication skills
• Independent, structured and focused functioning 
• Business fluent English skills, any other language skill would be a plus 
• Team player, good understanding and practices of customer support
