  • Conduct research on specific legal issues related to corporate law, including statutes
  • Assist in the preparation and review of various corporate legal documents
  • Participate in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing and analyzing corporate documents, contracts, regulatory and financial statements
  • Assist in the review of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
  • Support the corporate governance process by preparing materials for board meetings, researching corporate governance best practices, and assist in the development and implementation of governance policies
  • Assist with the drafting and editing of legal correspondence, memoranda, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the management of the contract lifecycle, including organizing and maintaining contract databases and tracking key dates and obligations
  • Conduct legal due diligence for investment transactions
  • Provide general legal support to the legal team, such as conducting legal research, prepare legal summaries, and assist in legal projects and initiatives


  • Enrolled as a student in the field of business or law, or a related discipline, and successful completion of at least the 3rd semester
  • Ideally with practical experience, such as internships in a fast-growing environment, a management consulting firm, or investment banking, showcasing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preferably native german speaker with excellent proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in document management and preparation
  • Demonstrates a consistent focus on accuracy and precision, reflecting meticulousness in work.
  • Experience in document management would be ideal, highlighting the ability to organize, manage and maintain accurate records and files
