What You'll Take Charge Of

• Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic and direct ad campaigns.
  
  
• Work closely with demand partners and internal stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial success.
  
  
• Work with a wide range of ad formats, including OLV, CTV, Display, and more.
  
  
• Analyze campaign performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with account managers and engineers.
  
  
• Support pre- and post-sales processes from a technical and operational perspective.
  
  
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency in campaign setups, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Work with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, or similar) to create dashboards and insights that support business decisions.
  
  
• Help develop and improve internal workflows, documentation, and best practices.
  
  
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and implement scalable solutions.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or a similar digital advertising role.
  
  
• Knowledge of ad tech platforms (e.g. GAM, SSPs, DSPs, VAST/VPAID, etc.).
  
  
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data and KPIs.
  
  
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Python, Google Apps Script, APIs, or similar) is a strong plus.
  
  
• Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and handling large datasets is highly valued.
  
  
• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach and excellent attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (German or French would be a plus)
  
  
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Located in Riga or willing to relocate (office-based/hybrid setup).
