The company was founded by Ilhan Zengin, Mario Tiedemann, and Dennis Kirschner in 2016 with headquarters in Berlin and employs almost 350 people worldwide in 25 strategic markets throughout Europe, the Nordics, LATAM, the US, and Asia.
What You'll Take Charge Of
- Strategic Leadership: Drive growth by developing and implementing effective strategies for agency and client relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities with media agencies and direct clients, expanding market reach.
- Revenue Ownership: Lead the sales of media solutions, achieving and exceeding revenue targets through innovative approaches.
- Network Building: Leverage and grow a strong network of industry contacts to enhance partnerships and opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on media trends and advocating for video and advertising solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in digital media sales, ideally with a focus on video, and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Network & Relationships: A robust network of decision-makers within media agencies and direct clients, with the ability to foster and grow these relationships.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Strategic Mindset: Goal-oriented, reliable, and confident, with conceptual thinking and a knack for logical, solution-driven strategies.
- Leadership Qualities: Ambition, motivation, and a willingness to take responsibility, coupled with the courage to propose and implement innovative ideas.
