ShowHeroes is seeking a data-driven Manager, Measurement & Strategic Insights to join our Global Demand Success team. This role is critical to our 2026 mission: unlocking incremental revenue through sophisticated data interpretation and robust ad-tech infrastructure. You will report to the Team Lead of Demand Success and work closely with our global sales units to ensure they have the tools and insights needed to win.


What You'll Take Charge Of

  • Acting as the main expert and point of contact for third-party measurement and verification partners such as DoubleVerify, IAS, Scope3, and Happydemics
  • Building and maintaining campaign reporting that goes beyond standard metrics, including attention metrics and brand lift surveys to clearly demonstrate value to clients
  • Taking a close look at competitor offerings and regional product performance to spot trends and identify new growth opportunities
    Working closely with Commercial Operations and Product teams to improve internal processes and ensure creative solutions are supported by solid data


What We're Looking For

  • Comfort working with large datasets and the ability to turn complex numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of ad tech and programmatic ecosystems, including DSP/SSP mechanics and measurement frameworks
  • Solid experience across CTV, OLV, Display, and high-impact formats, with a good grasp of cross-device targeting and attribution
  • A mindset that goes beyond reporting by questioning results and actively looking for ways to improve revenue performance
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both when aligning with product teams on technical requirements and when presenting insights to senior sales stakeholders
