ShowHeroes is a global leader in digital CTV and video, offering content, tech, and sustainable advertising solutions. As one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe, we are looking for a motivated (Junior) Product Marketing Manager to join our global team.

In this role, you will act as a key interface between our Marketing, Product, Supply and Sales teams. Your primary focus will be handling marketing-related activities that distill our product message and communicate value to end customers. You will support our business in increasing market share and competitiveness by ensuring our innovative solutions -such as contextual and semantic targeting technology- resonate with both advertisers and publishers.

What You'll Take Charge Of

  • Messaging & Positioning: Specify the exact value proposition for new products and features.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including product sheets, specifications, competitor comparisons, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies to empower our sales teams.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Support the development and execution of GTM strategies for new product launches, ensuring a stable transition from development to market.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Content & Engagement: Create demand by developing content such as LinkedIn posts, whitepapers and webinars, and work on driving user engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team and our Demand Success team, to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., video player technology, yield optimization) into customer-centric benefits.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role, preferably within the digital media, ad tech industry and particularly media agencies.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor key marketing metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory, with the ability to transform technical content into comprehensible sales materials.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Jira and/or Odoo, LLM-based AI tools.
  • Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
