What You'll Take Charge Of

• Serving as a key interface between the Finance and Sales teams to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of sales data into financial information
• Supporting revenue reflection and reporting activities
• Managing and maintaining global deal documentation
• Preparing invoice drafts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collecting, maintaining, and updating sales-related data in the CRM system
• Helping to administer expense reports
• Assisting financial controllers with other accounting tasks

What We're Looking For

• A structured and reliable working style that enables timely and accurate task completion
• Strong attention to detail combined with a holistic, big-picture mindset
• Fluency or bilingual proficiency in German and English
• Enrollment as a student, with graduation not planned within the next year
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to work independently
