As an ideal candidate, you have demonstrated experience in marketing management within a leading digital marketing or media company. You possess strong skills in organization, event planning, and direct marketing, and you enjoy creating solutions that drive innovation and push boundaries.


What You'll Take Charge Of

  • Supporting to establish global event and direct marketing strategies including monitoring KPIs and measuring the ROI lift the brand awareness for SH in all markets. 
  • Screening the industry for relevant events and sponsorship opportunities and engaging in annual strategic planning.
  • You are leading our global event marketing efforts, in close collaboration with our national / regional marketing managers as your direct points of contact. You liaise with upper management to coordinate annual event marketing strategy incl. concepts and planning and oversee global implementation thereof. 
  • Enable your colleagues, our regional / national marketing managers, to live up to their roles by implementing processes and templates that harmonize the workflows with stakeholders, with regard to direct marketing and events.
  • Challenge and support our sales teams to acquire and retain clients by facilitating direct marketing campaigns as well as support the sourcing of sponsors for certain events, e.g. by providing necessary pitch decks and collateral. 
  • Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships within ShowHeroes as well as external partners and contacts.
  • Drive innovation for all marketing aspects, with a strong emphasis on state-of-the-art event formats.


What We're Looking For

  • You studied marketing or business or you have a similar qualification that equips you for this role
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Broad knowledge of email marketing, event planning and social media marketing
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on approach with a willingness to strive for excellence and to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to multi-task and and a high degree of accuracy, innovation and organization are crucial for this role
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and present your approach in a clear way
  • Experience in working in multicultural and cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English both written and orally are a must for this position, any further language skills is a bonus
