We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who loves turning complexity into clarity, coordinating global creative teams, keeping projects moving smoothly, and ensuring every request becomes a well-executed, on-time delivery. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone between design, demand, and account teams, using structure, data, and smart automation to optimize workflows and drive consistency in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Take Charge Of
- Review incoming requests, validate briefs and assets, follow up for missing information, and assign tasks to available designers or developers based on team capacity
- Serve as the central point of contact between Design Teams, Account Managers, Demand Teams, and, when necessary, External Clients throughout project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and campaign goals
- Gather, organize, and analyze performance data and production statistics to support strategic reporting and team insights
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of workflows, timelines, and internal processes
- Track project progress, staying informed and flagging potential risks, blockers, or capacity issues
- Manage internal scheduling and capacity planning across global and local production resources
- Support internal visibility and communication by coordinating team updates, progress summaries, and resource planning reports
- Promote the use of AI tools and automation to optimize project tracking, resource planning, and data reporting workflows
- Execute additional tasks and directives as assigned by the Direct Manager
What We're Looking For
- Education in Communication, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with common digital tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., Odoo, Jira) and workflow logic
- Ability to review and validate information, ensuring briefs and assets are complete before assigning them to the production team
- Interest in data and statistics, with the ability to organize information into clear reports for management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of keeping track of multiple moving projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of attention to detail
- Interest in and willingness to use AI tools and automation to optimize project tracking and reporting
- Fluent in spoken and written English, sufficient for nuanced internal coordination
